When most companies sponsor an athlete, it’s about visibility — a logo on the car, a banner in the paddock, and a fleeting moment on TV. But when Auticon — the world’s largest autistic-majority IT consulting company — partnered with Australian race car driver Ben Taylor, the relationship became something much more meaningful.
As Auticon’s Chief Marketing Officer at the time, I helped guide this collaboration into a living example of the company’s purpose: demonstrating the power of neurodiverse talent through real-world performance.
